MY INSIGHTS ARE THE CORE OF MY ART FROM WHICH MY NEW NAME IS FORMED: SAYENNE.
The eyes are the window to the soul. Both are essential in my art and one of my specialties. Animals also have an aura that enchants and has captivated me since childhood. It is this jumping spark that always triggers a spontaneous "wow".
The Yin-Yang principle - combining opposites harmoniously - is the core of my technique, which is wild and detailed at the same time. It gives me a lot of freedom for the personality and sophistication of the animal. My works are deliberately reduced to the essentials. This is how I create tension and liveliness at the same time.
Animals are naturally curious - I am too. That's why I research every animal species to find out what makes them so unique. Getting involved with them is like a special date. That's why my works create a closeness so intense that you feel like you can feel their energy up close.
Actually, unique, never well-behaved, would be more appropriate. Because animals are – and my art is too: wild. Untamed. Fascinating.
